Data Analyst l

Location: Hybrid remote/in-office in Managua, Nicaragua, with an expectation of being in the office at least 50% of the time monthly, typically three days per week.

What you will do

• Provide analytical support for a defined area within Customer Success.
• Build reporting and dashboards used by operations leaders to run the business.
• Measure the effectiveness of operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business questions into analysis requirements and communicate actionable insights.
• Investigate emerging issues, quantify them with data, and maintain reproducible, reviewable work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant analytics experience; internships, co-ops, and research projects count.
• Ability to write SQL for pulling, joining, and aggregating data.
• Experience building clear dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of regression, probability, hypothesis testing, data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with data in Python or R, along with strong curiosity and attention to unexpected results.
