Process Engineer II (Milling/Vacuum - Slider Cleanroom)

Location: Korat, Thailand. Travel: None.

hirify.global operates a large manufacturing facility in Korat producing cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.

What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to management.
• Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Planning, and other functions on investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Implement and document corrective and preventive actions.
• Support technology and process transfers from Process Technology Development teams in the USA and Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in cleanroom process engineering, particularly with vacuum technologies.
