What you will do

  • Lead the US Medical Affairs Next Gen Immunology team, including Medical Directors, Medical Science Liaison Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons.
  • Manage Medical Directors responsible for field training and MSL operations while developing and retaining talent.
  • Develop and execute an integrated medical plan across medical education, communications, publications, health outcomes, safety, and Phase IIIB-IV clinical research.
  • Provide medical strategy and scientific expertise to Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory partners in the US and globally.
  • Lead medical and scientific advisory boards and translate stakeholder insights into actionable strategy.
  • Review promotional and medical materials, support investigator-sponsored trials, manage safety activities, and build relationships with key thought leaders.

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree required: MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of Medical Affairs experience across pre-launch, clinical development, launch, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Cross-portfolio Neurology experience and a strong record of developing and executing medical strategies in the US.
  • Strong people-management and talent-development experience.
  • Expertise in clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, scientific analysis, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
  • Experience using AI tools to drive internal and external impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Ophthalmology.
