Growth Marketer (AI)

What you will do

• Plan and execute growth campaigns across paid, organic, referral, affiliate, and influencer channels.
• Improve user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
• Test new audiences, messaging, channels, and growth ideas.
• Create marketing messages for AI products and support community, referral, and influencer initiatives.
• Work with Product and Design to improve onboarding and the customer journey.
• Run and analyze A/B tests, growth experiments, and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, user acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience running or supporting digital marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with CAC, conversion rate, acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
• Comfort working with data and using insights to improve campaigns.
• Experience with AI platforms, marketing automation, WordPress, or similar marketing tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.
