Director, Business Development Officer- BTS

Location: Remote work available; candidates must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship. Orlando, Florida is the preferred location.

Salary: USD $140,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Serve as the Bank’s subject matter expert for business development.
• Increase understanding and engagement with bank products and services among Financial Consultants and retail clients.
• Develop stronger affiliations with bank and brokerage field partners to support business development.
• Influence stakeholders, support sales closing, and deliver product and technical knowledge across bank offerings.
• Lead a large territory while traveling, multitasking, and maintaining organized, responsive client engagement.

Requirements

• Active Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses.
• At least 5 years of relationship management experience with bank or brokerage field partners.
• In-depth knowledge of home lending and asset-based lending for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong analytical, client-experience, public-speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current NMLS license or registration.
