Lead Digital Product Owner (S&OP)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Salary: $128,470–$208,770 per year.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for S&OP and Dealer Order Planning digital platforms.
• Align digital capabilities with demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and enterprise objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Digital Customer Support, and service management teams.
• Lead UAT, product lifecycle ownership, service-level improvements, issue resolution, and operational stability.
• Guide Scrum Masters and Agile teams while driving training, adoption, forecast accuracy, and planning efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience identifying business needs and translating them into value-driven software solutions.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Extensive experience designing, executing, and validating user acceptance testing.
• Strong knowledge of the software product lifecycle, user adoption, change request management, and software problem management.
• Working knowledge of software development practices and system integrations.
• Ability to work onsite in Mossville, Illinois, five days per week; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience delivering digital solutions that improve forecast accuracy, planning efficiency, or inventory outcomes.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or industrial digital environments.
