Senior Manager, Change Management & Enablement

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation initiatives that drive mindset, behavior, and culture change.
• Design and execute integrated change strategies covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement.
• Drive adoption of new processes and operating models across people, process, and technology.
• Partner with senior leaders, subject-matter experts, and project teams to establish alignment, sponsorship, and accountability.
• Assess stakeholder readiness, identify adoption barriers, and advise leaders on navigating resistance.
• Define adoption, behavior-change, and culture metrics and use insights to improve transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or process adoption initiatives.
• Experience driving behavior change and embedding new ways of working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture, alignment, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ACMP, with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, organizational development, or education.
