Salary: $123,000–$192,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy, deployment, adoption, and optimization of clinical applications across radiology practices.
  • Apply expertise in medical imaging workflows, PACS, RIS, imaging informatics, and AI-assisted diagnostic technologies.
  • Drive radiologist and end-user adoption through onboarding, training, technical enablement, and workflow optimization.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations to translate practice feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Monitor adoption, user satisfaction, deployment success, workflow efficiency, and operational performance metrics.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues during deployments and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, information technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field preferred; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in radiology informatics, clinical application management, or healthcare IT with leadership responsibility.
  • Experience driving clinical application deployment, end-user adoption, and workflow optimization in healthcare or radiology.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use data to improve adoption rates.
