Project Manager – Data Science & AI Engineering

Salary: $104,900–$137,700 per year

What you will do

• Manage AI and data science projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical teams, dependencies, requirements, timelines, scope, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Translate AI capabilities into actionable project requirements and plans.
• Identify ambiguity and technical challenges, turning them into actionable delivery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in a technical, academic, research-based, or professional environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing technical projects in Agile environments.
• At least 2 years of experience managing data science or AI projects.
• Strong understanding of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, Agile frameworks, and technical communication.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience influencing without authority and working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
