NA Credit and Collections Specialist

What you will do

• Manage daily credit activities for an assigned North American customer portfolio in line with company policies and objectives.
• Maximize receivables turnover, minimize accounts receivable risk, and reduce overdue balances through portfolio analysis.
• Prepare accurate and timely portfolio metrics, analyses, and performance reports, including DSO-related results.
• Coordinate with Sales, Business Management, Customers, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve customer-focused processes.
• Support process standardization, optimization, automation, audits, compliance reviews, and internal control activities.
• Provide credit expertise, maintain process and control documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the Credit organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in credit, finance, or accounting.
• English proficiency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP is required.
• Strong understanding of systems infrastructure used in credit and finance processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and a results-oriented, accountable approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit risk assessment, collections, accounts receivable management, and financial analysis.
• Experience with process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process optimization opportunities.
