Health Innovation Manager - Maternity Cover (Field) (MedTech)

Location: United Kingdom; home office and field-based work with regular travel to HCP offices, clinics, training events, and regional offices in London, Paris, and Munich. Overnight and air travel may reach 50% depending on business needs.

What you will do

• Advance and deliver hirify.global’s UK clinical strategy for the NICE Implementation plan for hybrid closed-loop technologies.
• Partner with the NHS and professional bodies to support equitable and sustainable integration of HCL technologies into healthcare services.
• Evaluate diabetes care provision and implement value-based solutions that support product adoption, usage, and customer success.
• Design, pilot, and launch solutions for diabetes clinical service pathways in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with key opinion leaders to document successful diabetes care models that can be demonstrated, replicated, and scaled.
• Develop individualized diabetes pathway tools and deliver education programs for internal clinical and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in medtech or diabetes, ideally combining clinical and sales experience.
• Prior industry or commercial experience.
• Knowledge of the NHS, healthcare service delivery, and current clinical pathways.
• Experience producing and delivering training programs in face-to-face and virtual classroom settings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake regular regional business travel.
