Clinical Development Manager (Electrophysiology)

Location: Field-based in the south of the UK; must live within easy reach of southern and London electrophysiology centres. Around 50% travel in the field, with occasional travel to UK and EMEA congresses and meetings.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver new product introductions, including site readiness, clinical and laboratory training, first-case planning, and progression to routine use.
• Drive adoption and utilisation of VARIPULSE™ and Dual Energy STSF, improving operator capability, workflow, laboratory efficiency, and patient capacity.
• Prepare accounts for future electrophysiology technologies by assessing clinical, technical, and capacity readiness and building training and evidence plans.
• Line-manage, coach, and develop four New Technology Specialists, focusing their activity on the highest-impact accounts and cases.
• Build relationships with electrophysiologists, physiologists, nursing teams, and future key opinion leaders while creating peer-to-peer opportunities and centres of excellence.
• Partner with UK, EMEA, marketing, clinical, sales, education, and R&D teams; track launch KPIs, adoption, utilisation, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

• Strong electrophysiology knowledge and hands-on EP laboratory experience, including working knowledge of the CARTO 3 system and Biosense Webster ablation portfolio.
• Experience launching new technology and driving adoption from first case to routine use, ideally including pulsed field ablation.
• Degree-level education and at least three years of directly related experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing others; previous line management experience is advantageous.
• Strong project management, planning, communication, commercial, data analysis, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Must live in the south of the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and have the right to work in the UK.
