Contracts Manager (Nuclear)

What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, manage, and administer company contracts, including long-term supply agreements, software licenses, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations and advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and the interpretation of terms and conditions.
• Support effective implementation of contract responsibilities within program objectives and requirements.
• Prepare contractual notices and contract variations.
• Support program managers and supply chain teams on complex bids involving subcontractors and vendors.
• Report contract issues to senior management and develop contract policies, procedures, operating practices, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a law degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of contract management experience, preferably in the supply of goods, construction, or IT services.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong negotiation leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from within the UK.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information may be assessed through additional security screening.
