Bilingual Associate RFP & Contracts Manager (French/English)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $98,560–$147,840 CAD annually, including base salary and estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan.

What you will do

• Manage the development, implementation, maintenance, negotiation, and execution of customer contracts, including new agreements, renewals, amendments, capital, consumable, lease, quote, and extension contracts.
• Develop contractual language, assess changes to standard terms, coordinate terms and conditions reviews with Legal, and protect hirify.global’s interests during negotiations.
• Manage the contract calendar and lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and identifying and escalating risks.
• Lead contract renewals, RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses as project manager by organizing meetings, coordinating stakeholders, assigning requirements, and managing multiple submissions under tight timelines.
• Apply knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations and customer buying groups to support contract strategy, pricing decisions, and business objectives.
• Support contract technology, business intelligence, repositories, system improvements, workflow optimization, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required; Contracts, Pricing, or a related specialization is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Contract Management, Pricing, Sales Support, and/or RFP Management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing competing priorities and collaborating with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, time management, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; JD Edwards and Cognos experience is an asset.
