Salary: CAD 80,000–95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, resources, and delivery plans while managing changes to cost, time, quality, and contracted scope.
• Create and maintain project plans, scopes, charters, and other lifecycle documentation in line with company standards.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, conflicting priorities, mitigation plans, and escalations.
• Act as the main client contact, communicating status and managing expectations across client teams, internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives.
• Manage project financials, lead retrospectives, and coordinate service handoff and closeout documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing project management experience, or 5+ years of equivalent experience with a post-secondary diploma.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, practices, organization, and time management.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to assess risks and priorities and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
