TL;DR
Audio Visual Project Manager (AV): Leading complex audiovisual integration projects for enterprise and government clients with an accent on project planning, delivery governance, client communication, and financial control. Focus on managing risks, dependencies, scope changes, executive expectations, and the transition from implementation to service operations.
Location: Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. Eligibility to work in Canada is required.
Salary: CAD 80,000–95,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, resources, and delivery plans while managing changes to cost, time, quality, and contracted scope.
- Create and maintain project plans, scopes, charters, and other lifecycle documentation in line with company standards.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, conflicting priorities, mitigation plans, and escalations.
- Act as the main client contact, communicating status and managing expectations across client teams, internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives.
- Manage project financials, lead retrospectives, and coordinate service handoff and closeout documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing project management experience, or 5+ years of equivalent experience with a post-secondary diploma.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, practices, organization, and time management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to assess risks and priorities and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
