What you will do

• Develop and execute a detailed social content calendar and quarterly roadmap for Instagram and TikTok.
• Ideate, create, and edit short-form videos, graphics, and photography using tools like CapCut.
• Manage daily community engagement ensuring brand voice, clinical accuracy, and customer experience standards.
• Collaborate with Digital, PR, and Sales teams to align content with key retail moments at Ulta, Sephora, and Amazon.
• Monitor real-time performance and audience sentiment using Dash Hudson to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management, ideally in beauty or skincare.
• Must be based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
• Strong proficiency in short-form video editing (CapCut, native tools) and social-first photography.
• Experience with social analytics and management tools such as Dash Hudson.
• Proven ability to plan several weeks ahead while remaining pivot-ready for real-time trends.
