What you will do

• Act as the primary voice and face of the company across social media, video, and developer communities.
• Develop and execute an influencer program from the ground up to drive product engagement.
• Create original social content, including short-form videos and developer-native formats.
• Produce and edit high-quality video content, including product demos and educational scripts.
• Represent the company at industry events and hackathons to build brand presence.
• Gather community feedback and insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, community management, content creation, or developer relations.
• AI-native mindset: daily use of AI tools to optimize workflows and content generation.
• On-camera comfort: genuine enthusiasm for being the face of the brand in video content.
• Strong writing skills capable of shifting between punchy social posts and clear video scripts.
• Hands-on experience with video production, from ideation and scripting to final editing.
• Ability to operate autonomously and build programs from scratch without a pre-existing playbook.
