Project Coordinator

Location: Heredia, Heredia, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of large, moderately complex customer projects with localized or sub-regional scope.
• Coordinate corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to plan and implement solutions.
• Lead internal and external project resources, with project teams of fewer than 20 people.
• Manage project financials, budgets, profit and loss, and forecasts.
• Build client relationships and support business development opportunities.
• Analyze business and systems processes, manage dependencies, and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in project management, services, global projects, or a related field.
• Experience with project planning, scoping, documentation, risk management, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMI, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong communication, customer-centricity, results orientation, and digital fluency.
• Availability for approximately 25% travel.
