Assistant Branch Experience Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Chelsea, Alabama, United States; onsite at the Chelsea branch

What you will do

• Manage branch staff and assume responsibility for branch operations when the manager is absent.
• Coach, train, and hold employees accountable for using the Avadian Sales Flow Model.
• Maintain staff knowledge of credit union products, services, processes, guidelines, and procedures.
• Work with the manager to develop and implement branch sales goals, action plans, and directives.
• Provide account information, open accounts, resolve member issues, and promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Maintain CRM activity, branch reports, lead lists, referrals, sales events, contact events, and phone logs.

Requirements

• Significant financial services and sales experience.
• One to three years of retail banking experience.
• Experience working with sales quotas or managing sales.
• Ability to maintain member satisfaction, meet member needs, and achieve branch sales objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, decisiveness, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends and provide relief at other branches when needed.
