Accounting Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

What you will do

• Prepare general accounting deliverables, accounting entries, and financial statements.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and reconcile subsidiary ledgers and schedules against financial reports.
• Monitor, reconcile, and account for fixed assets, including proposing adjustments where needed.
• Manage monthly closing activities and support financial operations such as cash flow and treasury activities.
• Participate in system implementations and perform user acceptance testing when required.
• Support group and subsidiary external audits with documentation and explanations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting; CPA qualification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform self-checks.
• Ability to comply with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
