Location: Must be based in the Philippines, LATAM, or South Africa. Work schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts across banks and payment platforms.
• Issue invoices, track receivables, and process payments for vendors and contractors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for leadership.
• Manage compliance documentation and tax forms to ensure audit readiness.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and deploy automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support onboarding and process alignment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or workforce analytics.
• Proficiency in financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience managing payroll, contractor payments, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Must be based in the Philippines, LATAM, or South Africa.
