What you will do

• Develop and maintain Network Resource Adapters across Telecom OSS fault management, performance management, and inventory domains.
• Design Resource Adapters for multiple network element types while maintaining design integrity and standardization.
• Review solution designs and evaluate new features to improve system usability and effectiveness.
• Prepare Resource Adapter requirements and release plans.
• Transfer completed deliveries to the Delivery Team.
• Deliver strategic Resource Adapters with advanced networking capabilities across IP/MPLS, optical networks, Telco Cloud, 5G, and SD-WAN.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum score of 75%.
• At least 1 year of experience with Java, OSS development, and deployment.
• Object-oriented programming experience with Java.
• Experience using XML, Perl, Python, Shell, or other scripting languages in Linux-based environments.
• Experience in Telecom OSS fault management, performance management, and inventory domains.
• Experience with REST API, NETCONF, SNMP, Telemetry, and TL1 protocols, plus planning system usability with process experts.
