AI Solution Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Tacoma, Washington, United States

Base salary: $61,800–$89,100 per year, plus corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases and workflows across business functions.
• Design and configure AI agents, copilots, automations, and analytics solutions using Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and comparable tools.
• Collaborate with IT, data, security, operations, and functional leaders to connect solutions to enterprise systems and data within AI governance guardrails.
• Run pilots from discovery and scoping through testing, user feedback, iteration, and production rollout.
• Define success metrics, business cases, and telemetry for adoption, time saved, quality, and financial impact.
• Create enablement materials, document reusable prompts and architectures, and help teams adopt AI in daily work.

Requirements

• Foundational experience in business analysis, solutions consulting, project or program management, or operations analysis, combined with a strong AI background.
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or low-code agents.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical, measurable technology or AI solutions.
• Experience mapping workflows, defining requirements, creating testable steps, and working with data, BI tools, KPIs, or basic queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining AI concepts, tradeoffs, and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Master’s degree, such as an MBA or similar.
