Senior Analyst, Customer Success (Data Analytics)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday each week. Additional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $132,000–$165,000 starting base salary annually, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Define and measure success across customer support experiences.
• Partner with product managers, program managers, engineers, and analysts to generate insights.
• Influence product and process design through data analysis and recommendations.
• Communicate metrics, commentary, and recommendations to stakeholders across the operational organization.
• Manage multiple strategic analytics initiatives independently from planning through delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, operations research, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant analytics experience.
• Experience modeling complex scenarios, estimating their size and impact, and driving business outcomes.
• Experience managing analytics projects from creation to delivery.
• Fluency in SQL, data modeling, and data science techniques.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or similar tools and applying statistical experimentation methods such as A/B testing and experimental design.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT for problem-solving, data automation, and insight generation.
