Manufacturing Technician FPI Rework 2nd Shift M-F 2pm to 10pm (P)

Location: Gibsonton, Florida, United States; onsite at the office/site; 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

What you will do

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate testing equipment for casting inspection and FPI rework.
• Use UV light inspection devices and follow quality procedures and policies.
• Monitor documentation practices, adjust machines, set controls, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Clean and maintain equipment to support organization and workplace safety.
• Assist with tooling setups, changeovers, continuous improvement analysis, and cross-training.
• Use die grinders, abrasive tool belts, grinders, files, calipers, pin gauges, and other measuring devices.

Requirements

• Completed high school education or GED.
• Ability to use inspection equipment and the metric system, perform mathematical functions, and read and understand engineering instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Must be able to work with export-controlled technology; any required export license is a prerequisite.

Nice to have

• One year of experience using hand tools.
• Experience in plastics, metal castings, or manufacturing environments.
