Branch Manager - Crestline (Banking)

Location: In-office in Mountain Brook, Alabama (35213), with the role based in Birmingham, Alabama.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Use consultative selling to grow consumer and business relationships and support business development through community involvement.
• Coach the team to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer interactions and resolve client issues effectively.
• Acquire, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, business, sales-practice, and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, people management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks under applicable banking regulations.
