Location: Remote, field-based in the United States; territory covers North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Travel of 60–80% is required, including HCP/customer meetings and flights to headquarters. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned oncology customers across the territory.
- Provide accurate, scientifically supported information on medicines and relevant therapeutic-area topics to healthcare professionals.
- Lead advisory boards, provide asset leadership, and coordinate with Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Oncology R&D, and Global Product Development.
- Support identification of clinical-trial sites, including sites serving under-represented patient populations, and provide support throughout the investigator-sponsored research process.
- Develop oncology expertise, interpret study design and clinical data, and communicate congress findings and disease-state literature.
- Engage patient advocacy groups and deliver insights on local patient populations and needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science is required.
- Relevant experience: 5+ years with a PharmD or PhD, 7+ years with an MBA or MSc, or 8+ years with a BA or BSc.
- Recognized subject-matter expertise and demonstrated leadership, influence, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to manage competing customer demands and conflict constructively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects remotely, work in a matrixed multidisciplinary environment, adopt digital tools, and lead through change.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer and hold permanent U.S. work authorization; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Nice to have
- PharmD, PhD, or another equivalent terminal doctoral degree.
- Previous field medical experience.
- Familiarity with /customer interaction SOPs, rules, and regulations.
