Developer Experience Engineer - IFS Loops (Agentic AI)

Salary: $97,000–$130,000 per year, plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Build sample agents, reference implementations, reusable templates, and patterns for Agentic Studio.
• Create validation environments, proof-of-concepts, demos, workshops, and technical enablement assets.
• Experiment with agentic patterns, tools, integrations, MCPs, and AI capabilities.
• Dogfood and test new platform features against realistic enterprise AI use cases.
• Reproduce issues, troubleshoot developer-experience gaps, and collaborate with Engineering on resolution.
• Translate implementation, field, and customer learnings into actionable improvements for Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of software engineering or related technical experience.
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs or generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.
• Understanding of agents, tool or function calling, RAG, prompts, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and technical explanation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic applications or AI-powered enterprise software.
• Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, AI SDKs, developer tools, SDK examples, or reference implementations.
• Experience with enterprise applications, workflow automation, or business processes.
• Familiarity with AI testing, evaluation, observability, or monitoring.
