What you will do

• Build and run the US marketing events strategy around go-to-market priorities.
• Own events end to end, including concept development, planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up.
• Create distinctive experiences across conferences, product launches, executive dinners, community gatherings, partnerships, and activations.
• Select conferences, sponsorships, partnerships, and event formats based on their expected value.
• Partner with sales to attract relevant customers and prospects, strengthen relationships, and generate pipeline.
• Manage venues, vendors, partners, budgets, timelines, logistics, and performance measurement.

Requirements

• Experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or community.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail across the attendee experience.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of how events support brand, relationships, and pipeline.
• High agency, low ego, and willingness to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
