Pharmacy Rebate/ Network Financial Analyst (PBM)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; the posting specifically lists New Jersey and Massachusetts salary bands

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year in New Jersey and Massachusetts, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards

What you will do

• Provide analytics and recommendations to senior leadership on formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategies.
• Develop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and support achievement of revenue targets.
• Create metrics and performance measures focused on revenue maximization.
• Collaborate with business partners on predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics.
• Design and maintain policies and procedures supporting contractual and state/regulatory compliance.
• Identify enterprise automation opportunities using artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• Degree in business, mathematics, actuarial science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience.
• Experience supporting and managing contractual guarantees, evaluating risk, and managing data.
• At least 1 year of experience with modeling and data management.
• Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer, and Excel skills.
• Strong mathematical, organizational, decision-making, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work with senior management and key business users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
