Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Selenium/C#)

Location: Omaha, NE, United States; hybrid with 50% in-office work

What you will do

• Plan regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, and performance testing for new and existing functionality.
• Design testing strategies and integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tests and reduce testing time and effort.
• Execute test cases and collaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders.
• Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead technical discussions related to testing coverage, product interactions, complex work orders, and new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and software development practices.
• Experience with Selenium, C#, Postman, and related technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• The role is hybrid in Omaha, with 50% office attendance, and is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Insurance industry and product knowledge.
• Experience with application performance monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with Agile planning tools such as Azure DevOps.
