Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Define test strategies, test plans, quality acceptance criteria, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Design and execute manual and automated functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and exploratory tests.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, track, and help resolve defects while supporting root cause analysis.
• Report testing progress, quality risks, release readiness, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Understanding of defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
