Managing Director, General Strategy (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Advise hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, and other healthcare providers on enterprise strategy, growth, market positioning, organizational performance, and transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, physician leaders, board members, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Lead advisory discussions on strategic planning, service-line growth, physician alignment, market expansion, partnerships, affiliations, and joint ventures.
• Grow enterprise strategy services by originating, qualifying, and advancing consulting opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary leaders and subject-matter experts to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, client meetings, executive forums, professional associations, and thought-leadership activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy consulting, advisory services, health system leadership, corporate strategy, business development, or a related field.
• Experience working with hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, or other provider-based healthcare organizations.
• Demonstrated success developing executive relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Experience with enterprise strategic planning, growth strategy, physician alignment, partnership evaluation, or healthcare transformation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, provider economics, reimbursement models, and industry trends, with willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• MBA, MHA, MPH, or another relevant graduate degree.
• Established network of healthcare executives, physician leaders, board members, and industry stakeholders.
• Experience with value-based care, physician integration, partnership strategy, organizational transformation, or healthcare transactions.
• Success growing consulting relationships, client portfolios, and advisory revenue in healthcare.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth, innovation, and client service.
