What you will do

• Architect, engineer, and govern the enterprise semantic layer as a single source of truth.
• Design reusable data models, metric definitions, and security frameworks.
• Select Import, DirectQuery, or Direct Lake modeling modes to balance performance and data freshness.
• Manage legacy SSAS partitions and architect modern Microsoft Fabric semantic models.
• Manage the application lifecycle of tabular models using Tabular Editor and ALM Toolkit.
• Define governance and security logic independently for the assigned domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience is accepted.
• Six years of progressive experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence architecture, or semantic modeling.
• Experience independently architecting enterprise-grade data models and managing tabular model application lifecycle management.
• Expert SQL and advanced DAX skills.
• Deep proficiency with Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, and Power BI Service.
• Expert knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schemas, composite models, VertiPaq, CI/CD pipelines, and Git integration.

Nice to have

• Epic Cogito Certification obtained within one year of the start date.
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) obtained within one year of the start date.
