DevOps Developer (Azure)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office

Salary: CAD 94,200–117,700 per year

What you will do

• Build, execute, and maintain CI/CD and service pipelines across defined environments.
• Support source code repository workflows, including branching, merging, and resolving merge conflicts.
• Execute and validate SQL database change scripts during deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams on build and deployment activities.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on AWS or DevOps experience and working knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and defined delivery processes.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or comparable tools.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work from the Oakville office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to infrastructure automation or virtualization tools such as Ansible, Vagrant, or VirtualBox.
• Interest in applying AI tooling to CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Ability to incrementally improve defined processes with moderate independence.
