Staff Cybersecurity Analyst (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-wide threat detection and incident response capabilities using SIEM, XRD, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Create and improve threat detection rules through scripting and platform configuration.
• Assess and strengthen identity and access management, endpoint, network, cloud, and data loss prevention security.
• Conduct application and SaaS provider risk evaluations and recommend compensating controls.
• Lead or support incident response activations for cyber-related events.
• Deliver employee security awareness training and collaborate across teams to improve the organization’s security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or information technology, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience; global responsibility is preferred.
• Deep understanding and hands-on operation of Microsoft 365 security capabilities in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading incident response teams during technical responses.
• Experience monitoring and responding to incidents with a SIEM solution.
• Experience troubleshooting endpoints and identities, conducting SaaS risk evaluations, and providing security recommendations.
