Agency Marketing Manager (Insurance)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid eligible. The role requires agency visits or virtual agency visits with travel at least 50% of the time.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually for the Manager position, based on the primary posting location of Denver, Colorado.

What you will do

• Market Auto and Property & Casualty insurance products to agencies in the assigned territory.
• Visit agency partners in person or conduct virtual agency visits by phone or internet.
• Provide product information, explain how to transact business, and answer agent and customer inquiries.
• Prepare for agency visits by running reports and analyzing production against goals and expectations.
• Train agents on products and encourage submissions and binds.
• Identify prospective agencies, arrange meetings, assess their characteristics, and determine their viability as appointed agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Property and Casualty insurance license.
• 5 or more years of work experience.
• Sound judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with detail and accuracy.
