Field Marketing Manager I (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; the role includes travel to assigned insurance agencies and virtual agency meetings.

What you will do

• Visit agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide performance guidance.
• Act as the primary contact for agents, answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex concerns.
• Prepare for agency meetings by reviewing production and retention reports and organizing discussion materials.
• Maintain product knowledge, train agents, support sales efforts, and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, collaborate with underwriting, and share market insights internally.
• Attend industry events, promote products, and identify potential new agency partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of insurance and insurance product rating.
• Experience in the insurance industry and marketing techniques.
• Ability to build agency relationships, develop territory marketing strategies, work independently, coordinate with colleagues, and travel.
