Field Marketing Manager (Insurance)

Location: Denver, Colorado; hybrid eligible. The role involves visiting assigned agencies or conducting virtual visits, with travel of at least 50% of the time.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually for the Manager position, based on the primary posting location of Denver, Colorado.

What you will do

• Represent agency operations in the assigned territory through in-person and virtual agency visits.
• Provide agents with marketing information, product guidance, and support on placing Auto and Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Prepare for agency visits by running reports and analyzing production against goals and expectations.
• Train agents on products and encourage submissions and binds through strong product knowledge.
• Identify and contact prospective agencies, arrange meetings, and assess their viability as appointed agents.
• Support business development and marketing activities, including conventions, market research, database management, marketing flyers, website updates, and email campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Property and Casualty insurance license.
• At least five years of work experience.
• Sound judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
