Wholesale/Excess & Surplus Lines Field Marketing Representative (Insurance)

Location: Remote - Arizona; approximately 25% in-person travel to wholesale agency partners nationally.

What you will do

• Visit and maintain relationships with national wholesale agency partners through virtual meetings and in-person travel.
• Explain and communicate the non-admitted property product to assigned wholesale agents.
• Make territory-level decisions on agency appointments, commitment levels, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Identify new business opportunities by reviewing in-force business with agency partners.
• Collaborate with underwriters on acquiring and retaining larger accounts.
• Develop marketing strategies for assigned agents and territories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and insurance product rating.
• Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines insurance.
• Experience working with wholesale property brokers is valuable for the role.
• Ability to establish agency relationships, work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage time toward defined goals.
