What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration role.
• Ability to provide fingerprints and complete additional background checks required by NMLS regulations.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking services.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, presentation skills, and consumer and business deposit products.
