Marketing Trainee (Insurance)

Location: Richfield, Ohio, USA. Hybrid schedule with four days on-site and one day remote each week; Tuesday–Thursday are core in-office days. Day and overnight travel of 10–20% may be required.

What you will do

• Conduct market research and networking to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Learn to create and execute digital, print, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers, agents, brokers, and clients to build business relationships.
• Create marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze prospect, retention, and new-business metrics.
• Support underwriting, account renewals, business reporting, book transfers, contract management, and promotion of additional coverage programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Availability for a formal training program lasting approximately six months to one year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Developing proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and other marketing software.
• Ability to work under close supervision and technical direction on assignments of low technical complexity.
