Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (AI First)

What you will do

• Develop enterprise full-stack applications for the Master Data Management product line using Java and React or Angular.
• Build responsive UI components and integrate them with REST APIs, backend services, and MDM workflows.
• Own data models and contribute to application architecture and system design decisions.
• Deliver features through development, testing, deployment, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Use and validate AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, debugging, and productivity.
• Lead code reviews, collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Platform teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience, including Java and React or Angular.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with web application architecture, REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with test-driven development, unit and integration testing, mocking strategies, and quality gates.
• Understanding of concurrent programming, thread safety, immutability, shared state management, and system design trade-offs at scale; experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Nice to have

• Database knowledge, including SQL or NoSQL.
• Experience with data platforms, MDM concepts, or data integration pipelines.
• Knowledge of Python or AI/ML concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with defensive programming practices.
