What you will do

• Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows and contribute to team-wide AI adoption.
• Take ownership of features across the full application stack, from user-facing interfaces to backend services.
• Review architecture and work directly with infrastructure to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure harmonious integration across the ecosystem.
• Contribute to shared architectural standards and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Must be based within European time zones.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to design and architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Genuinely AI-native mindset with concrete examples of AI integration in development.

Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS.
• Experience with MongoDB.
