What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials and components against engineering drawings, specifications, acceptance criteria, and AQL sampling plans.
• Perform in-process inspections across fabrication, welding, surface treatment, and assembly operations.
• Conduct final inspections of finished assemblies and verify release documentation before shipment.
• Support first article inspections by ballooning drawings, recording measurements, and compiling data packages.
• Maintain traceable inspection and non-conformance records and contribute to weekly quality reports.
• Participate in root cause investigations, corrective actions, and identification of recurring defects or supplier issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or production.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret dimensional tolerances.
• Hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined quality documentation and data entry.
• Comfort working on a factory floor, standing for extended periods, and collaborating with production operators.
• Fluent English required for quality reports and communication with leadership.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with electrical, metal fabrication, bus bar, or panel assembly manufacturing.
• Exposure to first article inspections, control plans, or quality management systems.
• Basic understanding of GD&T and experience with height gauges or radial gauges.
