Senior Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $152,200–$243,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and applicable sales incentives

What you will do

• Oversee requirements definition, functional specifications, database design, and technical architecture.
• Lead and coordinate unit testing, systems testing, and development activities.
• Provide project management and technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Estimate, plan, and monitor project progress using project management tools.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze trends, and use data to guide decisions.
• Build governance processes, proofs of concept, dashboards, skills, and agents using generative AI tools.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 or more years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience developing and implementing technical systems, including requirements, functional specifications, database design, and technical architecture.
• Experience with unit and systems testing, development, project estimation, and progress monitoring.
• Experience managing multiple projects, resources, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, client-facing, and executive audiences.
