Creative Production Coordinator

Location: On-site 4β5 days per week at the Denver, CO or New York, NY headquarters and studio; monthly travel for on-site production is expected.
Salary: $55,000β$65,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including call sheets, schedules, permits, certificates of insurance, contracts, and production materials.
- Support on-set operations by coordinating talent, crew, products, props, wardrobe, equipment, and production schedules.
- Manage product samples, props, creative assets, inventory tracking, labeling, organization, and shoot readiness.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, set designers, models, vendors, offshore partners, and sourcing teams.
- Track project timelines, action items, risks, budgets, estimates, invoices, and production expenses across multiple projects.
- Organize post-production assets and improve workflows, documentation, naming conventions, and automation using AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in production, studio, marketing, or creative operations.
- Experience supporting photo or video production, including logistics, documentation, vendors, talent, products, or other production needs.
- Exceptional organization and strong project management skills across multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana or Airtable.
- Ability to work on-site in Denver or New York, support occasional early call times, long shoot days, weekend work, and monthly production travel.
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.
