What you will do

• Manage intake, delegation, and resourcing for all new creative studio projects.
• Optimize creative processes to improve capacity management and project prioritization.
• Structure and analyze project data using Asana to operationalize team workflows.
• Partner with the Brand Activation team to align resourcing with studio project needs.
• Manage vendor budgets, SOWs, contracts, and procurement workflows.
• Identify and implement new AI tools to enhance creative process efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand, creative, production, or agency environments.
• Proven ability to standardize processes and manage project intake and delivery timelines.
• Experience handling budgets, SOWs, and procurement workflows (PRs/POs).
• Strong data analysis skills for making informed resourcing recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable testing and implementing new software and AI solutions.
