Facilities Coordinator (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Middle River, Maryland, United States

Base pay range: $30–$37 USD per hour

What you will do

• Oversee implementation of the internal CMMS facilities maintenance system through Infor LN’s service module.
• Coordinate janitorial, building and grounds, maintenance, repair, and facility upgrade activities.
• Support renovations and construction projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance support, and scheduling across buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Manage JIRA maintenance tickets, prioritize resolutions, and support reporting for leadership and investors.
• Track purchase orders, receipts, expense reports, and administrative documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of facilities maintenance coordination experience in aerospace, automotive, medical device, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment, or a high school diploma and 6 years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Infor LN, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• For work in the United States, candidates must be eligible to meet applicable ITAR requirements, such as being a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or being eligible to obtain the required authorizations.
• Must be able to work around electrical hazards, chemicals, temperature variations, and noise; wear assigned PPE; move between work areas; lift up to 25 pounds; and work extended hours, weekends, or varied shifts when required.

Nice to have

• Expert knowledge of facilities systems and improvement projects.
• Experience with JIRA and CMMS software.
• Occupational health and safety experience, including risk assessment, training, hazardous substances, and manufacturing safety.
• Emergency management or workplace hygiene experience.
