Senior Product Specialist - Implementation/Onboarding (Wellness SaaS)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; customer-facing work requires overlap with customer time zones, with short-notice travel to customer locations when required.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Work with customers to define requirements and adopt hirify.global solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue.
• Lead product demos, walkthroughs, solution reviews, training, and customer presentations.
• Design and configure proof of concepts, pilots, and hirify.global implementations for priority and enterprise customers.
• Identify product capability risks, define mitigation plans, and address customer issues and concerns.
• Maintain implementation documentation, follow organizational processes, and ensure adherence to SLAs and key metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams while managing customer expectations and implementation requirements.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise products.
• Strong software exposure and the ability to understand complex requirements, design viable solutions, and configure product functionality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including requirements and solution documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, apply logical and analytical problem-solving, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver product demos, training, and customer presentations.
• Good understanding of MS Office, JIRA, and Basecamp.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of web design using HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience in the wellness or spa industry.
• Interest in revenue opportunities and challenges in the health and wellness industry.
